What this site is

The site presents our work and lets you start a conversation with the studio. Purchases are agreed directly, over WhatsApp or email, and are confirmed when payment reaches us. There is no online cart or account.

Prices and availability

We share prices, in Indian rupees, when you get in touch, and confirm the final amount, including shipping, before you pay. Most garments exist as one or two pieces per size, so availability shown on the site is updated by hand and confirmed in the conversation. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece has already been sold, in which case any payment made is returned in full.

The garments

Every piece is made by hand from natural fibres. Slight variations in colour, print placement and stitch are part of how they are made, and photographs may differ a little from the piece in front of you because of screens and light. Returns, exchanges and store credit are described on the Returns and Exchanges page.

Content and intellectual property

The words, photographs and designs on this site belong to Sensclo and Oysters World, or are used with permission, and are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please ask before reproducing them.

Links and third-party services

The site links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other services we do not control. Their terms apply when you use them, and responsibility for their content and availability rests with them.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, and cannot promise that it will always be so. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Sensclo and Oysters World are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
