What this website collects, what it does not, and who to write to.
This policy describes how Sensclo, a label of Oysters World, Bengaluru, handles personal information on sensclo.com. It is written for the site as it actually is: there is no cart, no account, no newsletter and no advertising tracking. Last updated 5 September 2026.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form. Your name, email address, phone number and message. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers the submission to connect@sensclo.com. Formspree stores submissions on its own servers in the United States and other jurisdictions where it operates. We use what you send only to reply to you.
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email. Whatever you choose to share in the conversation. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
When you buy something. Orders are agreed over WhatsApp or email. We ask for your name, delivery address and phone number so the parcel reaches you, and we keep the record of the sale as Indian tax law requires. Payment happens through a payment link; the payment provider handles your card or UPI details and we never see them.
Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are read, where visitors come from, and which garments draw interest. It is cookieless and aggregated. It does not identify you and we do not combine it with anything else.
What we do not do
We do not set tracking cookies. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not run a mailing list. We do not collect information from children; the site is not directed at anyone under 18.
Where your information goes
To reach you, your information passes through the services named above: Formspree (contact form), WhatsApp (messages), our email provider, our courier partners for a delivery, and Vercel, which hosts this site. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation needs, and then for a reasonable period in case you write again. Order records are kept for the period Indian law requires. You can ask us to delete anything that we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw consent for its use. Write to connect@sensclo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a grievance with the same address, marked for the attention of Oysters World, and we will escalate it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
